Restaurant La Ferme aux Vinsà Beaune

In a contemporary and friendly setting, sample a traditional cuisine rich in local flavours and uniquely creative recipes. The menu evolves in line with the passing seasons and in tune with the inspiration of Chef Florent. Combining craftsmanship and art, the cuisine is an alchemy between man and nature. Our Chef is first and foremost concerned with the quality and freshness of the produce, which he selects with the utmost of care. Gourmet and bountiful, his cooking is inspired by the wonderful produce of the Burgundy region. Florent joined the team 5 years ago and quickly climbed the ladder to become sous-chef and now head chef. La Ferme Aux Vins would not be what it is without its cellar which is home to more than 200 of the finest Burgundy vintages.

Brasserie Le Petit Centralà Dijon

Le Petit Central welcomes you in a warm, chic and trendy atmosphere. Its large picture windows and shaded terrace are key ingredients: "We wanted to open up to the city, to build a sort of winter garden", says the manager Arnaud Lecherf.

As for the cuisine, you will be delighted with the famous Club Sandwich or the Central Burger, while traditional regional dishes will allow you to (re)discover local specialities such as Burgundy snails or Gaston Gérard chicken! Chef Ralf Mestre is also embracing the trend of poke bowls and sharing boards, using seasonal produce. Take a break from shopping in the city centre and enjoy a drink on the terrace, which is shaded in summer and heated in winter! Regional aperitifs are of course on the menu, alongside brasserie classics and delightful house cocktails!

Restaurant Le Centralà Dijon

Le Central restaurant welcomes you in a chic bistro atmosphere, combining both tradition and modernity. "Here, past and present blend together. The mouldings, brass fittings and cathedral glass are a nod to bygone days, as are the tablecloths and the cheese and dessert trolleys", explains the manager Arnaud Lecherf. The tradition of French service is respected to the maximum with Crêpes Suzettes flambéed at your table, Charolais rib of beef sliced before your eyes and the Sole Meunière served on a pedestal table... On the contemporary side of things, come and discover our open-plan kitchen with its emphasis on fish and seafood, as well as our wine cellar, not to mention our 2 maturing cellars for meat, cheese and charcuterie! The kitchen-workshop is built around a 4-metre long black and brass enamelled stove, a unique bespoke piece, handmade by French craftsmen!

Les Jardins By La Clocheà Dijon
