Le Central restaurant welcomes you in a chic bistro atmosphere, combining both tradition and modernity. "Here, past and present blend together. The mouldings, brass fittings and cathedral glass are a nod to bygone days, as are the tablecloths and the cheese and dessert trolleys", explains the manager Arnaud Lecherf. The tradition of French service is respected to the maximum with Crêpes Suzettes flambéed at your table, Charolais rib of beef sliced before your eyes and the Sole Meunière served on a pedestal table... On the contemporary side of things, come and discover our open-plan kitchen with its emphasis on fish and seafood, as well as our wine cellar, not to mention our 2 maturing cellars for meat, cheese and charcuterie! The kitchen-workshop is built around a 4-metre long black and brass enamelled stove, a unique bespoke piece, handmade by French craftsmen!
Open from Monday to Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. Open for Sunday lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm!
