Main duties
- Make recipes from the technical sheets
- Dress dishes for dispatch and ensure that they are well presented.
- Check the state of the premises and equipment – tidy up the equipment as well as the cold rooms and kitchen annexes.
- Assist with cleaning – you are responsible for the cleanliness of your workstation.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with hygiene rules in accordance with HACCP standards, both in production and in reception and storage.
Required Profile
- Training CAP, bac cuisine. 1st proven experience as a kitchen assistant for one year
