Ibis Beaune La Ferme aux Vins

Main duties

  • Make recipes from the technical sheets
  • Dress dishes for dispatch and ensure that they are well presented.
  • Check the state of the premises and equipment – tidy up the equipment as well as the cold rooms and kitchen annexes.
  • Assist with cleaning – you are responsible for the cleanliness of your workstation.
  • Comply with and ensure compliance with hygiene rules in accordance with HACCP standards, both in production and in reception and storage.

Required Profile

  • Training CAP, bac cuisine. 1st proven experience as a kitchen assistant for one year
  • Passionate
